
As a result of recent court decisions, the number of potential ballot questions that may appear on the ballot in November 2026 has been reduced from eleven to nine. These ballot questions still have some administrative and legal challenges to overcome before mid-July when the Secretary of State will certify the ballot questions. Once that happens, we will update this post to provide information on the final ballot questions.
