There is still time for anyone interested in running for office in the City of Newton to join the race. The last day to submit nomination papers is July 22, 2025 at 5:00pm. See Newton City’s website page on Elections.
If you are considering running for a local office or are helping a friend run their campaign for office: LWVN, as part of its mission to support democracy and educate voters, has developed new resources for people who are considering running for elected office and working on campaigns.
