LWVN, in partnership with NewTV and other local leagues within the Governor’s Council 3rd District, held a candidate forum for the candidates for Governor’s Council District 3;  Marilyn Petitto Devaney (incumbent) and Mara Dolan.  The forum can be viewed HERE.
