On September 25th city and community leaders: Mayor Fuller, State Senator Creem, City Councill President Albright, Social Justice Activist Josepine McNeil, and School Committee Member Kathleen Shields reflected on Justice Ginsburg’s life as a justice, judge, lawyer, scholar, mother, and wife.
In addition School Committee Member Emily Prenner, accompanied by Jack Cheng (Newton Family Singers), provided the music: You Got a Friend and Hallelujah. We were also joined by Edie Pike, a Newton North Senior, who read Kindess by Naomi Shihab Nye
