Held at the Durant-Kenrick House, we tackled the question of whether our Constitution is “holding up to the test of time.” Our speaker was Jed Shugerman, a Newton resident and former Bowen PTO co-chair, and nationally known law professor and legal historian at Fordham University in New York. About 40 people attended and engaged in a robust discussion of the Constitution
